Set within Exmoor National Park, this beautiful detached cottage has fantastic walks right from the doorstep. As you explore the vast and dramatic landscape, there are some quaint villages to explore where you can rest, refuel and ‘paws’ for thought. The property is perfect for couples and small families with up to three dogs. Dine under the stars on the raised decked area with your faithful canine companions by your side. This single-storey cottage is light and spacious, with calming subtle grey and green tones running throughout. The large covered porch is ideal for storing muddy wellies after a countryside walk or drying off your four-legged friends. A comfy corner sofa in the open-plan lounge/diner invites you to settle back in front of the wood burner and Smart TV with your canines curled up at your feet. Sit round the dining table to enjoy meals cooked in the Rangemaster oven or take them outside on to the sunny enclosed decked terrace for a spot of al fresco dining. Wake up to lovely views of the countryside from the king-size bedroom before letting your canine companions lead the way on a new adventure. Bowels and a comfy bed are also provided for your four legged friends. With so much on your doorstep, you won’t be short of ideas when planning your itinerary. From the property’s front door, wander with your beloved hounds to the local village pub in Exton which always has a friendly welcome for dogs – and delicious food for your entire pack. Or there are excellent coastal walks to sniff out along the South West Coast Path. For those looking for a little more hustle and bustle, the seaside town of Minehead is 13 miles away, while the long pebble beach at Porlock (12 miles) is sure to set tails wagging.
