After drying off the dogs, head into the hallway to kick off muddy boots. Find yourself immediately drawn to the homely lounge, the perfect spot to watch TV or enjoy a good book with the wood burner crackling away. Your canine companions can enjoy lounging by the fire whilst your human guests prepare dinner. Dine alfresco in bright weather or treat the family to a BBQ, making use of the fully enclosed garden and letting kids and dogs have free roam of the outdoor space. Set off and explore the surrounding Exmoor National Park, packing a picnic and some tennis balls for a long day on the hills. Tarr Steps (4.5 miles) is the perfect spot for a gentle stroll, great for younger children and tired dogs.
