As you enter the property, you'll be welcomed by a modern and stylish open-plan living space featuring wooden walls and ceilings. The cosy sitting area comprises two comfortable sofas, a Smart television, and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for a perfect evening in. The well-equipped kitchen area includes a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the breakfast bar stools for additional seating. The dining area provides comfortable seating for up to six guests, and the patio doors lead to the garden patio area - ideal for group meals. The ground floor comprises two bedrooms, with bedroom three featuring full-size twin single beds and bedroom two boasting a king-size bed. A spacious family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, and WC completes the ground floor. Heading up to the first floor, an additional sitting area awaits, with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs. Natural light floods in thanks to the patio doors which lead out to the Juliet balcony which offers stunning views of the surroundings. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax with a refreshing drink, enjoying the Cornish air. One of the standout features of this beautiful property is the vaulted ceilings on the first floor, which extends through to bedroom one. This spacious room is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and boasts a lovely Juliet balcony. Outside, you will find the large patio and enclosed lawned garden complete with garden furniture and a barbecue so you can sit out and make the most of the countryside views. Nestled in the quaint village of Little Petherick, Hillview offers the perfect base to explore the stunning North Cornwall coast. Little Petherick Creek meanders gently through the village, and from here you can access the picturesque creek path to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shores of the river Camel to Padstow. Visit the seven golden bays all within a short drive or a brisk coastal walk including Trevone, Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay, Booby's Bay, Treyarnon and Porthcothan Bay. If you're feeling adventurous, The Saints Way offers a 27-mile footpath which passes through Little Petherick and heads all the way to Fowey! In under ten minutes, you can reach the popular Padstow where you will find lots of restaurants, cafes, bistros, tapas bars, cosy tearooms and a handful of welcoming pubs all dotted around the charming harbour. You are absolutely spoiled for choice with beaches in the area, a favourite being Trevone Bay Beach; perfect for exploring rock pools or for a gentle swim in its tidal pool. Drive a little further on and you will come across Harlyn Beach where you can book in for an unforgettable surf lesson. Those keen to do a little more exploring, be sure to check out the nearby coastal paths.
For a day exploring the local area pick up a bike from Padstow Cycle Hire and follow The Camel Trail. This largely traffic-free trail follows an old railway line with 12 miles of spectacular views of moorland, woodland and estuary and with it being largely flat it's ideal for families and less experienced cyclists.
