Bigfoot Hideout is located in the heart of the Boston Mountains off Historic Highway 71. We are a nature-friendly and family-oriented Guesthouse and welcome guests in our laid-back common areas. Our unique traveling interaction is part of the experience as we treat our guests as friends and family. The room has a separate entrance, 1 queen bed, and a full-size futon couch, a private bathroom, and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV, and more! Perfect for 1-3 guests. The “Coffee Shop” lounge is where you meet others, and offers working space, board games, books, and all the extras you need for a meaningful stay. We often offer Family-Style Dinners and invite guests for morning coffee and some freshly made bread. When the weather and fire restrictions allow, join us by the fire, next to the old “Into the wild” bus. Pull up a chair, we would love to hear your story as we make yummy S`moers.

Absolutely love this little gem. We will definitely be back. Felt right at home hanging out with Sha, his wife and beautiful cat in their coffee shop/social area. It was such a fun time staying here with my kids!
Sha is an amazing host!! The room was clean, pretty and peaceful. The location is surrounded by beautiful mountains and it’s close to the Devil’s Den State Park. Sha was so attentive; he provided us with trail suggestions. He even made us S’more’s and shared histories around the fire pit. Always friendly exceeding all our expectations! And when we were ready to say goodbye, he had coffee prepared and freshly baked bread for all the guests before leaving. If you’re planning to do some hiking or just having a relaxing time, Bigfoot Hideout must be your first option. Amazing experience!!
A great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean! Had very restful nights both nights.
We absolutely fell in love with Sha, Lev, Michelle, Pine, Hockey, and this entire place. The list could go on and on. Views, food, coffee, company. Within an hour or two, we were making plans to come back.
Upon our arrival, around 8:00 pm, Sha, Lev, and Pine were joined by other guest around the fire. We were greeted and they helped us with our luggage. Then invited us to join them for hot chocolate and s’mores. We instantly felt like family. Guest from every room gathered around the fire taking turn telling about our lives but mostly learning from Lev who was quite the expert. The room was very clean. In the room they had provided towels, wash cloths, microwave, mini fridge, TV with Netflix, coffee maker(coffee, creamer, and sugar), bottled water, and all hygiene products. I slept like a baby, it was quite no cars driving by or doors slamming, Just tranquility and peacefulness. Our last morning there Lev brought fresh bread to our room and offered fresh coffee. When I woke my daughter the first thing she did was run out to tell them bye. It was such a blessing to stay with this sweet family.. We will be making a trip back soon.

Bigfoot Hideout is about 20min from Devil`s Den and 8min from Lake Fort Smith State Parks. Funky Fayetteville is 25min, about 45min to Rogers and Bentonville, and the closest Airport XNA is 50min away.

I am Sha (Sunrise). I have traveled to many countries, summited the world's highest peaks, and lived in a few cool destinations before landing in the USA. Lev (Heart) is my little helper or maybe the other way around! When he doesn't run Bigfoot Hideout, he plays the piano, soccer, martial arts, and donuts his four-wheeler outside. Last but not least, you will be greeted by Pine (a Husky) and Hockey (a Ragdoll), the friendliest pets ever.
