I had stayed at another cheaper listing belonging to Josh previously, so I was expecting responsive, knowledgeable, and clear communication. I was very pleasantly surprised by the increase in quality given the relatively small increase in price. My room felt spacious, cozy, and private. The shared spaces were clean and well-organized. I enjoyed my stay enough that I was sad to move on to another. Thanks Joshua!

One of the best deals around - super centrally located, very reasonably priced, the room is very big. Everything in the house is new. Very clean. I felt safe throughout my stay. Each door has its own smart lock door code and internal locks, so I felt comfortable leaving my possessions here. The park a block away is a nice perk. Tons of places to grab coffee and super close to campus. Highly recommend
