Serene accommodation. Rooms come fully furnished: the master features a king bed, other bedrooms offer a queen bed and two twin beds. Spacious, fenced backyard for pets to roam freely. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood with a single entry/exit, the home provides easy access to downtown SAT via Hwy 35, and it's a brief journey to Austin. Its conveniently location near the SAT Airport, as well as the Quarry and Forum shopping centers, caters to both your travel and shopping needs. There is always room for improvement so please don’t mind the signs of home improvements. I’m constantly striving to provide a humble and minimalist feel so the space will always be improving.

Alan’s home is beautiful. So spacious and clean. Easy to find in a very private neighborhood. My kids loved the toys and the kids room with the projector. My dog had so much h space outside to roam. The house was so clean and spacious. Easy to get inside. We will definitely be booking again.
Great place to stay! Very beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable. The host was great, very responsive.
The house is in a great location. Master bedroom bed is very comfy! And liked the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.
We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. Everything was exactly like the pictures . The house is very clean and cozy. Beautiful home! It's a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe. Alan was very helpful and friendly.
