All beautiful and practical for visiting Madrid. A lot if light, and it is warm and nice! Great to have the washing machine and dish washer! Easy communication and the apt is well furnished. Only suggestion is to include more hooks for kitchen and bedrooms. Additional chair in a small room or in a living room would be handy, as well as the bed side lights. Some additional stuff to clean - like a broom or a hoover would help to mantain the apartment clean during the long stay.

This little gem of an apartment was exactly what you expect of air bnb. It was in a great location ; had some bathroom products available for use; it was really smooth in terms of communication and check in ; and it was a lovely haven to rest in while gathering your thoughts for the next activity . I recommend this apartment if you’re wanting the heart of Madrid’s eating and bars.

Rodrigo fue muy amable y siempre estaba atento a los pedidos. Solucionó el tema de la refrigeración. El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos, muy bien ubicado con lo justo y necesario. Muy linda la zona y todo a un paso. Gracias por todo.

Wir waren zusammen mit unserem Sohn hier. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 5 Min ist man an der Gran Via und auch an der nächsten Metro Station. Das Appartement liegt mitten im Zentrum und ist doch ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, aber für einen Städtetripvöllig ausreichend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
