From the check in process, during the stay and check out the host was great. Overall, we loved the place. The balcony was a nice spot for us to have early evening drink and snack while people watching. It was nice as the balcony overlooks a busy shopping, restaurant and movie area. If you are early to bed person the street activities last until 10 PM and come with some noise. The local wine and cork shop across the street has live music on some evenings until 9:30 PM and you can hear that from the bedrooms. Harleys and loud cars on the street can also be a nuisance. That is the price paid for being in a prime happening location, we found it acceptable. We loved all of the local restaurants, a bit to far for our walking during this time of year however it is possible. The beds were to our liking, all was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our needs. I used the laundry it worked great. The master closet is a big closet. Highly recommend this unit
