There is a sunny office that can be used as a fifth bedroom and a dedicated work space. With 4 Bedrooms, ten people can sleep comfortably. Cots and crib are available. The captain's daughter re-imagined this house to have his legacy live on. The captain loved to vacation with friends and family and always everyone a great time on a captain excursion. A good vacation to the captain means a comfortable, relaxing place to stay and having lots of fun. Overview: 4 Beds -- 3 King, 1 Full - All with memory foam toppers for comfort. Also available, a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper, and two cots with memory foam toppers. Office also has sleeper sofa to become fifth bedroom. Spacious kitchen with gas stove and oven. All appliances are GE. Fully equipped with everything needed to cook, serve and eat casual meal to gourmet lobster bake. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa bar for hot and iced beverages. Popcorn station for movie night! Dining table for 10 next to counter seating for 4. XL SamsungTelevision in Living room. Each upstairs bedroom has its own Roku television. Cable TV is available on all TVs and streaming channels can be connected on any TV. Back deck with Weber propane grill and chairs to sit and unwind. Charging ports in all bedrooms. A few minutes to 1-95(turnpike) and I-295. Airport is under 15 minutes away. Grocery stores, gas stations and fast food are 5 minutes away. The neighborhood: Captain Vacation House is nestled in Leighton Farms which is quiet development where local families live. There are sidewalks for a peaceful stroll and or dog walk. Living Spaces: The first floor has a big kitchen which looks out over the dining area. Great for groups to cook and prepare meals. Or the solo chef can be included in the conversation. The dining area is next to the living room which has seating for 10. Two large comfy leather sofas and a variety of other seats so everyone can gather or several groups can sit separate. There is a gas fireplace to heat the living room and first floor in cooler times. For ambience in summer months, the fireplace can be heatless. An XL Samsung smart TV is in the living room with cable and streaming if you wish to connect. There are games for all ages and books, too. We have included some activities and games to keep the kids entertained as well. There is a deck overlooking the back woods that connects to the living room. The sunny office is off the living room as well. It has French doors for privacy or swung open to feel part of the bigger space. All exterior windows have blinds. Dining, living and office also have black out curtains. Sliding doors to exterior have black out curtain. There are ceiling fans on first floor for comfort in warmer times or good air flow year round . There is baseboard heat to keep everything warm in all rooms. Additionally, there are heat pumps for heat in winter, air conditioning in summer. Upstairs: All Bedrooms have walk in closets with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, extra blanket, throws and table fan. Each bedroom has a dresser and 2 night stands with lamps. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. All bedrooms and bathrooms have blinds and black out curtains. Bedrooms have fluffy white towels, hand towels and wash clothes included. Black make up wash clothes are included as well. All bedrooms have memory foam toppers for comfort and crisp 100% Cotton sheets. Bedroom #1: Captains Quarters is the primary bedroom with King Bed. There is a comfy chair in the corner for reading, napping or cuddling a little one. Closet has two cots with bedding including memory foam toppers, blankets, linens and pillows. There is a full bathroom attached to the Captains Quarters with full tiled glassed in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet room. Premimum shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included in shower. Hair dryer and cosmetic mirror are available.i Heat pump available for heating or air-conditioning depending on temperatures, in this room. Front Bedroom - #2: Furnished with King sized bed. Small desk can be used for work projects or as a vanity with included cosmetic mirror. Heat pump available for heating or air-conditioning depending on temperatures, in this room. Whimsical Bedroom #3: Furnished with full sized bed. Whimsical Dreamy Whale Mural adorns wall. Children and Children At Heart will be comfortable in this dreamy sea creature themed room. This bedroom will have a floor unit air conditioner in warmer months. Rear Bedroom #4: Included King bed overlooking trees in back yard. Also includes small desk/vanity. This bedroom will have a floor unit air conditioner in warmer months. Additional Upstairs Bathroom: Has tub/shower enclosure stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Outfitted with double sink vanity. Hair dryer and cosmetic mirror is available in this bathroom as well. Laundry: New GE Washer Dryer in separate laundry room with laundry supplies, includes ironing board and iron. Extras: We have available a box of amenities if someone forgets a toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, shaving cream, razor, mouthwash, feminine products, etc.
