Fantastic sparking clean home right on a pristine beach in a very safe and friendly area. Amanda is simply an amazing host who cares about her guests and maintains her property to a very high standard as shown in the photos. Lots of local places to eat and about 1.9miles from Old Orchard Beach which has loads of beach shops/eateries. We had some really great breakfasts at OOB. Check out Pine Point Grill, a few mins drive from the house (book reservation as it is busy) for an amazing meal in a great atmosphere. What a wonderful stay we had and very sad to leave this lovely home. Thank you Amanda for being a marvelous and honest host!! 🤩🤩🤩

Very nice, comfortable house, had everything we needed. Being right next to the beach was awesome and we loved sitting outside and watching the ocean. Really nice location with a bunch of beach bars and casual restaurants nearby but also nice and close to all the great food in Portland. Amanda answered a couple questions we had right away. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing! We have never had a place so close to the beach before - literally a few minutes' walk. And the view . . . WOW! We spent many afternoons just watching the surf (and surfers) from the front patio area. If you like to walk on the beach, then this is the beach for you! Beautiful sand and a shoreline that goes on forever. The interior of the house seemed to have been recently updated and had all of the amenities listed. The location was perfect! Kennebunkport to the north and Portland only a short twenty minutes away. Amanda was the perfect host and very responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! This was the perfect place for our family to vacation!

Right off the beach about as close as you can get- house very clean, higher end amenities. Had just repainted downstairs and so had a strong smell on check in- let Amanda know and she came over and provided an additional fan to help air place out. Was very responsive to questions and minor issues which helped make for a great stay. And the area- well it was just what we needed for a long weekend. Beautiful beach, good local seafood, amusement park with whole family at old orchard pier- really fun and relaxing. Thank you Amanda!
