The apartment is located on the first floor, apartment entrance is private, off street parking in front of the entrance . A spacious and well decorated 1 bedroom includes a king bed. The bathroom includes a sink, a toilet, a shower/tub. Ample living room with separate dining area. This building is over 60 years old and brings the charm of an old apt, but with all the comforts we have today. This apartment is located between Montrose and Midtown. A perfect spot for you that want to enjoy the AREA or even if you are working in the Downtown/Midtown area. Walking distance from bars (La Boheme,..) and restaurants (La Cuchara,...). Street parking available.

Outstanding!! This is an entire one bedroom one bath apartment with a full kitchen! The location in midtown is perfect. This is a truly great place.
This is a cute older unit with ample space for 2 people. We stayed 3 nights. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed well-equipped. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed but could do with more towel bars/hooks. The unit was missing a hair dryer, but the host team dropped one off. You can park your car right in front of the unit, and there is a security gate in front of the entry door. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There were restaurants within walking distance. There was a little noise from upstairs and the street, but overall, it was quiet. The unit was fairly clean with only a few areas that could have been cleaned better. This is an older unit, and it is in need of repairs/renovation. The host team is proactive and seems to be receptive to guest suggestions and eager to address identified concerns.

Normally there is street parking available in front of the house. Since the listing is so central the best way to get around is via UBer/Lyft.

I was born and raised in Italy and at a certain point I have decided to put down roots in the “Land of the Free”. In particular, I am fascinated by Houston because of its multiculturalism, diversity, creativity and because I see this city as a constant gate: to South America, to the Far West, to the Outer Space, ....
