房子离市中心比较近，进出方便；房间入住方便，屋内整洁，餐具齐备，我们三人做了一顿晚餐，是一个很温暖、温馨的晚上！管理团队也很贴心，很棒！整体体验很好！

Jeffrey’s place was a great stay. The home was setup nicely for a family and we enjoyed staying here. There were just a few minor things that didn’t need attention right away, but would be helpful to know. The pic shows two sofas in the living room downstairs. There was only one. This might be an issue for lather families. Our family of 4 couldn’t fit. Sofa was a little worn, but certainly comfortable. There could be a baking sheet/dish in the kitchen and a large pan. We did reach out and they promptly delivered a pan. The iron did not work, it didn’t get hot. Easy fix for them. The showers are amazing! The water gets so warm which was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. There was a bug or spider that was killed in the shower prior to us checking in and no one cleaned it off. Not a big deal but should have been cleaned off. Red spots on toilet downstairs. We cleaned it off. We did see the cleaning crew frequently on site between guests. Overall, we would stay again w/ changes.

234 N Hutcheson is clean and spacious and good value for the money. Second Ward is a good location in itself and for accessing downtown and the museum district. Second Ward looks a little rough at first but its coming up for sure. There were no negative surprises or nuisances at the property. Book it with confidence for trips to Houston.

This was a lovely home, super close to many of the downtown places I came to visit, I would stay here again!
