It offers various entertainment options to bring your group together while also offering nooks for those craving alone time or smaller conversations. You'll immediately swoon over the incredible living spaces that span inside and out. Enjoy floor to ceiling sliding doors, large windows welcoming natural light, and a spacious upstairs deck. The third floor has a picture window spanning one entire wall with views of the Austin skyline. Don't miss this view at night! We know you want to have a good time, and we also want you to sleep well. You'll appreciate the blackout shades, sound machines, and plush mattresses in every bedroom. Call dibs on the master bathroom at lease once during your stay! Play hard, rest well. This home offers smart features throughout including electronic blinds, Toto bidets, bluetooth Sonos speakers, and digital pool controls to set your desired temperature. Outdoor Space Sync into this private oasis with a fully fenced manicured yard. There's plenty of space for your whole group. Whether you sunbath in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, lay out a yoga mat, grill for your next meal, or play rounds of ping pong and cornhole, everyone can be together! The space is outfitted with Sonos speakers, beach towels, an outdoor fireplace, and a beverage cooler for poolside treats. First Floor The open concept floor plan flows from the chef's kitchen to the living room and then outside to the covered patio and swimming pool. Open the doors and welcome the breeze. This is truly an indoor outdoor experience that allows you to enjoy those sunny Texas days. The first floor includes an oversized cozy couch, large tv, and plenty of seating for your whole group. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook for a group including a blender, instapot, and bakeware. Start your day off with a cup of local coffee brewed in the Ratio coffee machine. Mix your favorite cocktail at our well-stocked wetbar. Second Floor Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms en suites. The Master Bedroom en suite features a king bed, oversized walk-in closet, laundry room, and private access to the upstairs deck. The lux bathroom boasts two shower heads and a full sized soaking tub. The second bedroom en suite features a king bed and private full bathroom. Third Floor The Gathering Loft serves as a second living room space. This level feels like a private apartment with a full bathroom, bedroom, living room, and second cocktail wetbar. The bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin bed, sleeping three. Wake up and go to sleep with views of the Austin skyline. Note: There's a two bedroom back house that sleeps 6 available if you're looking to host more people! Some guests LOVE having a private getaway from the main house. Just a great house, great pool and spa. Great part of town, just had a blast!!
My best friends and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful home! The host was quickly responsive, and incredibly helpful when we had some unexpected things happen. She was very quick to accommodate and very sweet in her communication. We had so much fun in the pool and hot tub. I loved having a fireplace outside that we could just switch on and cozy up next to you. There were a lot of unexpected amenities and offerings. These hosts spare no cost to make it special and intimate. This trip was for my birthday. They left me a sweet note, a very nice bottle of wine and the best chocolate ever! I absolutely loved that you could sit in the living room and be able to talk to people in the pool because the entire wall opened up to the outdoor area. This was unexpected and absolutely beautiful. The coolest part were the toilets. Yes I am absolutely in love with Toto toilets! The heated seats made me never want to leave. These hosts absolutely know what their doing!

Bouldin is a super quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood that's walkable to downtown, SoCo, and close to several great parks and hikes. It's ideal for both families and single folks of all ages. It's truly one of the best neighborhood in Austin!
