Extremely clean and spacious apartment that is conveniently connected to a couple malls. The neighborhood itself is not walkable but the malls partially make up for that. The management company was responsive through WA throughout our entire stay and fulfilled any requests that were made. The ammenities of the apartment complex were great if you like a resort style pool and a place to exercise. Also, we happened to find a weekday class for our little ones in the clubhouse for an additional charge. Overall, I would recommend this for families and would not hesitiate to recommend the apartment knowing that the apartment overshadows the lack of walkability in the neighborhood.

If you are looking for a clean spacious place, this is the place to be! Very well maintained with great amenities. I am giving it 4 vs 5 starts due to the management company since this unit is management by a professional management company. They are a little hard to work with. For example, our first stay was for 17 days & then we had to check out because the place was booked for 2 nights. We returned for an additional 18 days & they weren’t willing to work with us to provide a long stay discount. Additionally, weekly professional cleaning is not included with this unit for longer stays with is unheard of in Jakarta. Upon our stay we noticed the washer wasn’t working properly, I let the mc know & they really took their time sending someone to fix it. I had to threaten to contact Airbnb for them to finally send someone to fix it. Also, the dryer function doesn't work because I believe the machine is not installed correctly.
