Had a blast this weekend at Rob’s place. Perfect for our trip to Jay Peak. 15 minutes to the mountain. Had all the amenities you need. Place matched the description. Rob’s hospitality and easy communication made the trip that much smoother. Would stay again!

Five stars for service!!! Five stars for caring and trying to do things right!!!!! Rob went above and beyond to accommodate my family for our ski trip to Jay peak. I had a communication mishap with the mountain and my previously booked accommodations were cancelled. I was in a total pinch!!! I reached out last minute to set up my 3 night stay and Rob handled everything perfectly. It was very Easy to check in and Everything was new, clean, and it all worked! All the appliances worked and all the internet/ t.v services were set up and ready for my kids to enjoy! Safe solid bunk beds, entertainment and games for the kids!! Rob also gave us the local info as to food locations/ local hiking trails/ and other options for fun activities!! I can’t express enough what a nice easy time my wife and I had with our three daughters, thanks to Rob! We will definitely be returning for another stay and some of the springtime/summer activities in the area!!!! Thank you very much Rob!!!

Mistakenly booked Rob's property, regrettable mistake! Didn't realize the inquiry was wrong amidst urgent need for replacement lodging due to water issues. Rob's property misrepresented - not 10 min from Jay Peak, appliances malfunctioning, and inaccuracies in posting. Unreasonable demands from Rob, accusing us of trashing the place when we left it cleaned and organized. Rob's unreasonable behavior and demands made our stay a nightmare. I acknowledge responsibility for bringing the dog and extra guests, but I refute the other accusations of damages. It's worth noting that my dog is a hypoallergenic breed, chosen specifically for that purpose. In the future, I suggest that Rob update his listing to explicitly state a no-dog policy and address any concerns about allergic reaction. The host appears to be exploiting our difficult situation for profit and treating us unfairly. is unprecedented, and we deeply regret our stay and overall experience here.
