Great apartment which was perfect for what I needed - good central location for my time in Phnom Penh. Roof terrace was lovely for some fresh evening air after hot days around the city. Dyda was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Dyda's apartment is exactly what I was looking for. Across the street from the Central market is being in the hub of the area though only a short walk to the riverfront and the more tourist area. Loved being able to have fresh food market and food stalls all part of the central market. Roof terrace perfect for a breeze.

The location of Dyda,s place could not be better. It is next to the markets for great fresh and cooked food, and within reasonable walking distance of most attractions. Dyda,s communication and willingness to help is outstanding. The accomodation itself is both spacious and modern, although the bed is a bit hard, even for us who are used to Asia. Also, those with heavy luggage should know that there are 3 flights of steep narrow stairs to negotiate. But if these minor things don't bother you, it is a great place to stay and therefore strongly recommended.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment. Large comfortable bed for one or two persons. The place has a small but comfortable living room with two sofas. The kitchen is very well equipped if one likes to cook. There is also an overhead area with a mattress that can be used for extra rest or for meditating. We were really impressed at all the extra touches and welcome that we received from Dyda. Dyda is always available for any request by cell phone, messaging, or simply by going to her floor since she lives in the same building. Dyda makes everything so convenient and easy for the tourist. Also, the central market is steps away from the apartment were you can find anything from fresh vegetables, prepared foods, clothes, souvenirs, and most items one might need while traveling. There are many eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. We will stay at Dyda’s place again when we return in the future. Jesse and Frances

We stayed for nearly two weeks and had great time. Dyda is amazing host, helpful and attentive. The place is cozy and quiet. Great for a couple or traveling family. Dyda provided us with 20 liters water jug, so we didn’t have to buy plastic bottles at all. The terrace is also nice, especially at night when it’s not baking hot. Excellent location. Thanks Dyda. Truly five star place.
