We were very happy with Shawn’s place and our stay. It was just right for our purposes! It was comfy & clean. He and/or his wife responded quickly when we had a question. We were glad to meet them in person when we were coming in one day and they were outside. Very friendly & welcoming. It’s in a beautiful setting with the snow-capped mountains looming and the blossoms of spring were a lovely accent! We were glad to be able to do laundry and there’s a grocery store and other stores nearby. We felt the price was right. Would definitely stay again!

We felt right at home and very secure. We were traveling and came in very late and the Shawn was understanding of that. Will definitely book again when traveling throughout Utah.

The basement apartment was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Apartment was clean, and not cluttered. Nice little place to stay.

Shawn's place was very comfortable and clean as well as being located where we wanted to be. We hope it will be available next time we need a place in Springville. Shawn made sure temperaturea were comfortable for us which doesn't always happen in a basement. Thanks very much.
