This property consists of a main house and an annex organized into independent living units. Outside, you can enjoy the garden, the pool, and a unique panoramic view! Your apartment is located in the annex, on the ground floor. The annex is separated from the main building by a portico and consists of three separate units, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor, not internally connected but each with its own independent entrance. The apartment comprises a living room with a kitchenette and a seating area with TV, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is suitable for people with motor disabilities.
