The property features a seasonal (Mid-April to the end of October) 14,000 SF outdoor tiki bar with a shared saltwater pool with swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, and live music. The residences are adjacent to the tiki bar deck and include open layouts, terraces, and custom décor. Each cottage has a water view of historical Bennett’s Creek, a flat screen tv, Bose speaker, a generous open floor plan, blackout window treatments, luxurious king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The oversized bathrooms feature a magnificent ensuite with double sinks and a grand stone and glass walk in rainfall shower as well as a secondary hand-held spray. Our cottages also offer a cozy reach in closet with rosewood hangers, walnut luggage rack, clothing iron, and ironing board. If that isn’t enough to hold your wardrobe, The Canvasback and Harlequin Cottages also offer a full bureau. The interiors are light and airy, boasting a natural theme that produces an island like elegant ambience, with exceptional comfort and serenity both indoors, and out, making even our off season an indulgent stay.
