Overall this property met my family's needs and was a good value for us for the location. It was clean and had the basic necessities. There were several amenities listed that were not available including a grill and a blow driver. This is a corporate sponsored property that is more like a hotel than a home away from home.

carpets are stained badly and needs to be replaced. couches are stained and needs to be cleaned. shampoo, conditioner and body wash needs to be filled in bathrooms. the owner addressed our concerns and said carpet will be replaced. They had the grass mowed while we was there and changed the dirty filter. nice location, new appliances and would be a great place if these few issues would be corrected.

This was wonderful! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet! Everything we needed/wanted! Definitely HIGHLY recommend Royale Properties! If you've never been to Concord (I used to live there), there is tons of things to do & great restaurants!

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, easy to access and clean. Host kept great communication along the whole process. I definitely recommend it.
