This private and spacious beach house offers a relaxing escape with its boasting stunning breathtaking bay and ocean views. Ideal for a peaceful family vacation, the home is located across the street from a beach access and directly on the bay. Bring your fishing pole, kayak, and binoculars for spectacular wildlife views. Family and pet friendly, this coastal retreat promises a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. We offer extended stays in the off season, message us for information. The home had renovations completed in late 2023 to provide a refresh to the space and an updated welcome to guests. This coastal gem has an open floor plan and vaulted living room ceilings to welcome in the light. Privacy is provided as rooms are separated by the living room. Each room contains its own Smart TV for you to login to your streaming apps. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This home is great for a family vacation. BEACH: The beach access is located right across the street on Seagull Road. You can access by walking (2 minutes), biking, golf-cart, or your vehicle as you are allowed to drive on the beach. BIRD WATCHING: The bird watching at this property is amazing. You can see hundreds of species flock to the bay in the early morning and throughout the day. FISHING: Bring your kayak and you can easily explore all the way to the intercoastal during hightides from the backyard.

Had a great stay, though it was a short one!! Place was super clean and modern. The beach is really easy and quick to get to. Would definitely recommend!
I have absolutely no complaints.I enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean and cozy. I will definitely book it again.
Our stay was great. The house was very clean and well kept. There were plenty of towels for the beach and showering. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, cups, silverware, etc so we cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner at least once each. The beach is literally across the street and the inter coastal waterways were in the back yard. Has a very nice wrap around porch and charcoal grill. The living room and kitchen were open and spacious and we enjoyed playing cards/games at night. Overall, a great spot and we would absolutely stay here again.
My stay was very enjoyable and the host was responsive and helpful. Everything was as expected based on the listing. Overall the experience was positive however we struggled with blankets as there was not enough and during our stay and the weather was a bit chilly. Overall loved this place would definitely visit again.

This home is on the last home in a row of houses right off of Bluewater Highway. It is a very secluded and private home! The beach access is across the street on Seagull Rd.
Walk, drive, bike, or rent a golf cart to cruise to the beach. The walk to the beach is about two minutes. You can drive your vehicle on the beach with the purchase of a beach permit. The free beach is about a quarter of a mile down the road if you do not want to purchase a permit.
