Ffynnon Bach is a stylish basement studio apartment in the picturesque village of Bryncoch, 1.5 miles from the market town of Neath. It is an ideal base in South West Wales to discover the surrounding areas of Swansea, the beautiful beaches of The Gower Peninsula and Brecon Beacons National Park. 🏴 The stylish comfortable space comprises of a king size bed with memory foam mattress, a fully fitted kitchenette with two ring induction hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge, bistro dining table and chairs for two, a soft leather sofa and shower room.

Was a really nice and peaceful place, had everything we needed, was only a short drive to the location of the race too. Would highly recommend.

The place is exactly as described with words and pictures from the profile. Emrys was very friendly and gave us some good advice about place to visit in the area. I would definitely recommend this stay place to anyone visiting this part of Wales
Where to start!! I have family who live on the road and was visiting from England. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet, warm and just all round comfortable Emrys was beyond accommodating. Left us basic food supplies and everything we could need and more. Left us a lovely note in the morning to say he would be away for the weekend. I will stay here for all my future visits and so will other friends and family due to how lovely our stay was. Thank you emrys we cant wait to stay again!
Fantastic stay! Super clean and great amenities- kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely visit to Swansea, Aberavon beach as well as the Brecon Beacons over our 2 night stay. We had a great hike up Pen y Fan. Emrys was very helpful and friendly, with great recommendations on what do to nearby! He has a beautiful home and we loved our stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to explore South Wales. 🏴 😊

Bryncoch is a picturesque village with panoramic mountain views. It is on a bus route with easy access to Neath train station and the M4. There is a village shop (co-op) and a few pubs in walking distance. It is an ideal location to visit Swansea, Cardiff, Afan Forest for mountain biking, Gnoll Estate, Margam Park, Pen Y Fan, Pontneddfechan Waterfalls and the beautiful Gower beaches.
Off road parking is available on a gated driveway. There is also a locked shed that can be used for bikes upon request.
