We loved our stay at the cabin in picturesque Inverness! Our family of 3 arrived for a month stay in February to escape our Canadian winter and were so pleased with the house, its location, and the property as a whole. It was quiet and felt secluded but not too far from hiking, beaches, shops, cafe’s and restaurants. Rent this cabin if you want to feel enveloped by nature and see deer daily. The kitchenette was workable but not what I was expecting. Because we rented for the month we planned to do big grocery shops and cook a lot so once we took in the kitchen we rejigged a bit. No oven. Only 2 gas stove top burners, a microwave (that doubles as a tiny convection oven) and a small bar fridge. This just meant smaller grocery shops and less elaborate meals. But we made it work! And there is a BBQ! Beds were comfy. We would definitely rent again.

Calm and serene, aptly named as zen teahouse! Wonderful place to retreat into, enjoy the comfort of the place, beautiful wood stove, natural environment, and commune with the deer and trees, yet be close to amenities when needed. Thank you for providing the opportunity to slow down.

Staying at Frank’s charming cabin is a unique experience! The cabin is cozy and artsy and we loved the beauty and privacy of the forest. We hope to be back some day.
