Check-in process was unclear and tedious. It took us about half an hour to check-in after communicating with the host. Floor was dusty. Basic amenities like shampoo, bath foam, iron, hair dryer and hand towels are not provided. Had to call the host to sweep and mop the floor and provide the amenities. We had to mop the floor again even after the cleaner had mopped the floor. The area where the washing machine is located is extremely dirty. There were hair and food scraps on the sofa too. Location wise, it is a bit outskirt and by the expressway and near a cement factory. It is noisy at night when you sleep due to the expressway. Overall, the host did not ensure the unit is clean and all amenities are provided before we check in. They did not check that it is in a liveable condition before we check in. We were very disappointed with the host and will not book any units under this host in future.
