Good little spot for the night. House was easy to find and get into. We didn't do much there, simply sleep and go, but it was all as described. Very thankful to Larentae for grinding during Masters work and making these spots available. Thanks!

If you’re going to the Masters, this is an incredible value! It has everything you need for an outstanding weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pool table and Pac-Man arcade game. We were incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon this rental, as our previous one was canceled less than 2 months before our trip to Augusta. Not only did this save us some money compared to the canceled unit, but had more space and better amenities.

Larantae was a lovely host and prompt communicator. There was a few missing items such as a toaster and coffee cups but she did provide paper cups. The home was thoroughly cleaned but the scent of the chemicals used was quite strong until we opened up all windows and doors. The home met our needs and the price was very reasonable.

We stayed here during masters week and were appreciative of the lower price point as compared to other homes in the area. It does seem like the home is lived in and felt like some of the cleaning items were a bit rushed and we did have to wait a few minutes to check in as cleaning was finished. The bedrooms were quite nice, as was the bathroom. Pretty bare bones on amenities, ex pretty sketchy looking bath products, no directions on operating TVs and the living room tv took 15 minutes to turn on, due to a not so great set up. There was also an unpleasant odor that greeted us as we entered, that also hampered our experience. The home was spacious and met our needs. If a review starts at 3 stars, the pros and cons balanced each other out. It’s a nice home, but I wouldn’t say it’s quite suited for an AirBNB at this point. I’m sure the owner will get there with time

This is what Airbnb used to be! Larentae was accommodating and friendly! For the price, the stay was very good. Also there were no unreasonable cleaning procedures or upcharges, only making sure trash was taken out and dishes that you used were washed.
