Wow, this place is amazing! The desk with monitor and keyboard came in huge when a couple of us needed to do some last minute work. The movie room and games enthralled the kids. The hot water was near instant and plentiful, the AC cold, but the dehumidifier downstairs was the MVP of our humid and rainy stay! At this home, it's the hundred small touches that make other wins like comfy beds, nice linens, and overall cleanliness feel like mere after thoughts. It is my sincere hope that we will be back soon.

We loved this Airbnb! The furnishings were excellent - we loved the huge couch to watch a movie on. The location was ideal, providing easy access to everything we planned to do in Bentonville, including biking on the Razorback Greenway and going to the Amazeum & Crystal Bridges. The garage was also perfect for all our bike prep and storage with the bike racks for kids and hangers for our larger bikes. The master bedroom and en suite bathroom was spacious and private. The Wifi was fast and the desk/computer monitor setup was a lifesaver when work called. The kids were thrilled with the theater room and reclining chairs. The property itself was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and have space to themselves when needed. Overall, our experience at this property was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nicely decorated, spacious, convenient, clean Airbnb in Bentonville.

This townhome was an excellent location and space for our family! Bike trail in the backyard and a short walk around the corner to Walmart and 1 mile to downtown. The spacious layout was great, especially those heavenly king beds and smart TVs in every room. Our kids adored the movie room and popcorn maker! The newly renovated back porch area, with a gas fire pit, became our go-to spot for relaxation after a ride or in the evening. The garage was a cyclist’s dream, equipped with tools, bike wash supplies, bike hangers, and a cool hangout zone post-ride. The well-stocked kitchen and grill made cooking a breeze for my husband. Already counting down the days until our next visit!

Staci’s spacious townhome Airbnb is an absolute gem for mountain biking enthusiasts and family hangouts. The vast recent updates, including a revamped decor scheme and an incredible biker garage setup and back patio hangout, exceeded our expectations. The garage features a bike repair station, a hangout area with seating and drinks, and a striking mural. Direct trail access and bike parking/washing from the backyard to Bentonville’s newest trail adds to the allure! The second patio, gas and wood-burning fire pit, and movie room were a treat! Staci’s attention to detail, such as additional kitchen seating, double dryers, and impeccable cleanliness ensures an excellent stay. We’re already planning our return and may book her neighboring Airbnb properties for extended family. Staci’s hospitality and exceptional amenities make her Airbnb a standout choice for any traveler.

The Belle Royal Townhome was incredible! The location couldn’t have been better, with several trails nearby, downtown ~1mile, and Walmart and great restaurants just around the corner. There was room for our big family, and the updated decor added fun to our stay. The king beds were so comfortable. It was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well-stocked - lots of coffee/tea/creamers, etc! While we didn’t mountain bike on our trip, we want to next. There was a cool renovated biker hangout in the garage with a bike repair station, places to store bikes, and a rest & recover area with seating. You could even wash your bike. The direct access to the bike trail from the backyard was awesome. The covered patio was a popular spot and there were games for inside and outside. When we wanted to chill, we could watch a movie and enjoy popcorn in the movie room and it felt like we were at the theater. Overall, our stay at Belle Royal exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back.
