Fall in love with this spacious family retreat! Our two-level home can accommodate up to 16 people. Start your day with a dip in the pool and then walk only a few minutes to the beach. Once home prepare dinner on the backyard grill or in the fully-equipped kitchen. Unwind on the balcony or around the fire pit. Keep up with fast wifi and areas to get work done. We are a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. Dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee; 2 max. This two-story home includes parking for 5 vehicles, ample outdoor space, five bedrooms, and four full bathrooms. Entry: You will enter the home through the front door on the right side of the house and up several stairs. Your private code will grant you entry through the digital lock so you can let yourself in upon arrival and after our 4pm check-in time. Upstairs: You will find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. There is counter seating with 4 chairs and a dining table that seats eight. The living area has a couch, chairs and 65” Smart TV. You can step outside to the balcony through the french doors and find seating for 4 people. There is also a lounge seating area next to the kitchen that has a 43” TV. There are two king bedrooms upstairs. The first is found on your right just as you ascend the stairs. This bedroom has a 55” Smart TV, working area, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a double-vanity and a tub-shower combo, and has a walk-in closet for storing your clothes and luggage. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom is just down the hall. It also has a 55” Smart TV directly above the workstation, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Downstairs: As you descend the stairs to the ground floor, you will enter a hallway. The door at the end of the hallway leads to the garage. The first room on your right is a bedroom that can sleep four. Two in the queen bed, and an additional two in the twin trundle beds. The pillows for both trundles are on the top bed, and the quilt for the bottom bed is in the dresser. Those in this room can use the hanger rod and dresser for storing their clothes. Just past this room is the door to the backyard and pool area. The second set of doors on your right is the laundry closet with the washer, dryer and ironing board. We keep black and white pool towels for you in this closet. They are on the top shelf. The first door on your left is the loft-style bunk room. There are four beds: two full beds on the floor, and two twin beds on the loft which is accessed via stairs. You’ll be able to unwind and watch the 55” wall-mounted Smart TV or challenge your housemates to a tournament on the two arcade game machines in this room. The guests staying in this room will have plenty of storage since it has a walk-in closet. The second door on your left is a bathroom that boasts a double vanity and an enormous soaking tub that also has a rain showerhead. This is the bathroom that is connected to the bunk room, and is also for use by the people staying in the downstairs queen bedroom. The second door on the right is an additional primary bedroom that features an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and double vanity. Storage space won’t be a concern for you, as this bedroom also has a walk-in closet. You can take advantage of the privacy of this room to use the work area directly beneath the 55” Smart TV. Outside: You can access the yard from the gate at the front of the property or from the door on the first floor. In the backyard you can take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun loungers while you watch TV. You should find the remote for the outside TV in a fabric pocket on the back left of the cover. As you step out from the house, you’ll see the TV and grill on your left, and the outdoor shower on your right. In the garage is where you will find any outdoor equipment, including the umbrella for the pool area. You will also find a spare tank of propane for the grill. Feel free to use the refrigerator here as well. Fire up the propane grill for barbecue time! Remove the cover from the grill prior to using it and please be sure to brush the grates and clean up any mess prior to securing the cover when you are done. After dark, sit around the fire pit and talk about old memories or the ones you are making on this trip to the Emerald Coast.
