Embrace rural Hampshire in a newly developed cottage. Within the South Down National Park with easy access to Winchester, Chichester, Portsmouth and Southampton. Grenville Cottage was renovated in 2023 and is situated within the South Downs National Park. The surrounding countryside offers a wealth of opportunities for exploring ancient pathways like the South Downs Way, the old Pilgrims Way and Wayfarers Way, all of which run close by. The Meon valley with the lovely river Meon has several great pubs offering excellent food. Winchester (25 mins), Portsmouth (25 mins) and Chichester (45 mins) and the old market towns of Alresford (20 mins) and Bishops Waltham (10 mins) are close by. The owners are happy for guests to use their heated swimming pool which is usually available from mid-May to mid-October. These times may vary due to the great British weather and you are advised to check availability prior to booking. The pool cover can only be operated by The Owners.
