Bright, modern family house located just a short stroll from the historic town of Bishop Waltham. Close to fun stuff like Marwell Zoo and Peppa Pig, Ageas Bowl and Goodwood. Also fabulous walks such as the South Downs Way and Pilgrims Way and perfect for cycle routes on and off road. Super clean, with luxury bedding, smart kitchen devices and immaculate bathrooms. Garden terrace and lawn with relaxing furniture/cushions available. Bright and spacious 3 bed contemporary family home with downstairs loo. During your stay we may, from time to time, access the garage to pick up/drop off items and won’t stay for more than a couple of minutes. The garage is not joined to the house and from the house it is obscured by a fence so if you are home you should be completely unaware of us being there.

Great location, close to amenities, secure garden for the children and plenty to do in the area including Marwell Zoo which is less than 15 minutes away. It is a lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood. We would agree that this property is not suitable for children under two. Helen is a lovely host and very approachable.

Helen was a great host, very responsive, friendly and helpful, really easy to communicate and talk too. House was lovely and spotlessly clean, my bed and pillows were very comfortable and snug. A lovely home from home feeling, won’t hesitate to book again when in the area. Thank you Helen 😊

Short walk into the historic town of Bishops Waltham with all its independent shops plus a reasonably sized Sainsbury’s and Co-op. Buses go regularly from the Square.
Short stay parking for up to one hour is free and then just £1 for 3hours.
