The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. In general the house needs some things replaced and renovated.

Beautiful rental home on the water. Really enjoyed our stay for my birthday. Views are amazing from 3rd floor balcony. Had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Beds were comfy and adequate privacy without losing any waterfront views

Beautiful house. Well designed with great views. Host was reachable and helpful.

The house is nice and spacious. The deck with direct access to the canal was also nice. The low outside temperatures permitted the use of the very nice and functional fireplace. At the same time the house inside and outside could benefit from maintainance in the showers and AC, more furniture, better amenities such as towels, more kitchenware, some decoration on the walls and I recommend landscaping. The owner is very responsive which is a good thing.
