Nil FOX TV as advertised and no pin or instructions provided. The aircon in the bedroom had a dead smell in unit unfortunately (possible fried gecko) and the drain in the bathroom smelt pretty bad. The location was great and unit was clean otherwise. The car key does not swipe which was annoying as you had to call to get access to enter/exit car park each time.
