Welcome to our ‘West End Beauty’, situated directly across the road from the Ohope West End Beach (literally a stone’s throw). Enjoy a drink, absolute beach front, on the deck while watching the surfers. Later, stargaze and listen to the waves at night. Take in the stunning views of White Island and Whale Island. And it’s only a short walk to the rocks at the end of the beach. Ohope Beach is voted New Zealand’s most loved beach, and is one of the safest surf beaches in the country. This four bedroom home makes for the perfect holiday escape for up to two families. The house can be closed off to create a two bedroom home or opened up to include the third bedroom and outside cabin/fourth bedroom. The third bedroom is fully self-contained, including kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine and clothes dryer. Wheelchair access is through the third bedroom from the rear of the property. The king sized bed in this room is accessible - this can be tilted and height adjusted using the remote control (in the side drawer). The main bathroom is a full wet room, and is also wheelchair accessible. This bathroom includes walk in shower, basin, toilet and washing machine. You are welcome to enjoy tea and coffee, which are provided in the cupboard above the electric kettle. You will just need to bring your own milk with you. Fresh linen and towels are provided for guests to use. If you require beach towels, these are in the linen cupboard for you to use. Important to note: There are a couple of shelves in the kitchen that are quite high. A step ladder is provided in the end bathroom to reach the higher shelves if needed. The backyard is fully fenced - please check that all three gates are closed so children can play securely.
