Be one of the first guests to enjoy our newly built home! We came to Pavones and fell in love this place. We are nearly done building a new custom home in a sweet residential neighborhood. Construction will be complete in June (more photos coming soon). We hope you love it as much as we do. Kick back and enjoy this spacious and airy open floor plan with plenty of room to relax after a fun day in the sun. If you like to cook, we have a large and well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Or if you prefer to let someone else do the cooking, we're happy to help arrange some home cooked meals. There are two queen bedrooms, and a third room that has two twin bunk beds. All of the rooms and the living room have their own AC. If you prefer to take in the tropical breeze, then step outside and relax in a hammock or rocking chair on the patio. If you've come to surf, enjoy a quick 5 minute walk to world class surf. There's an outdoor shower, and a secure board storage rack. Let us know if you want a local surf guide. If you've come to fish, we've got an extra chest freezer and a vac sealer so you can easily take your catch back home to share with friends. Let us know if you want help chartering a fishing panga. If you've come to simply have a fun beach vacation with your family, the house comes with a beach umbrella, extra beach towels, family games, a smart TV and lots of space to unwind and relax. Pavones itself has a little something for everyone - surfing, fishing, gorgeous beaches, a gentle river to cool off and explore, amazing wildlife, hikes, waterfalls, a mellow local culture, and a little slice of paradise off the beaten path. You provide the sense of adventure and the stoke.
