I loved staying at Paula's so much that I was so sad when I returned home. The setting is so gorgeous especially the plants and garden. It's nice to have your own private entrance if you're returning late and don't want to disturb the other guest. I loved that I could cook when I wanted, but there is also a microwave in the room for times when you just want to chill alone. Paula is so fun, warm and friendly. The other guest were so friendly, and it was nice to have someone to chat with if you wanted. Paula was always available if I had any questions. Some days I would walk to Von's to buy something to cook or I can could easily walk to a lot of options for dining. Easy to get to the Grove, Trader Joe's (most important) and public transportation if needed. Staying at Paula's made me feel like I was at my own private retreat. I can't wait to stay again.

What a fantastic stay at Paula's! The house, the location and the cats (and Paula herself) are an absolute gem! The house is absolutely beautiful and has a fairytale like garden with beautiful succulents and flowers. My room was at the back of the house and has a private entrance and bathroom while being connected to the main house as well. It was generally very quiet most nights and there is a really great desk and wifi if you needed do some work. I was also there during a heat wave and was very thankful for the window A/C installed. There are three adorable cats that wander around the gardens and house. The location is absolutely excellent as you're within a 5-10min walk of many restaurants and grocery stores. It is also a quick 10min jog within Windsor Square which has some of the most beautiful houses in LA and where I enjoyed some morning runs and walks. It is also a quick walk from the Wilshire/Western metro which gives you access to many other parts of LA.

Paula's house is the nicest place I've stayed in LA! It is beautifully decorated, and the room is cozy, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Her home is also very well-situated--within walking distance from Ralph's and CVS and close to Ktown, where there are lots of great restaurants. Finally, you could not ask for a better host than Paula. She's an extremely kind person, fun and easy to talk to, and always responsive. (The AirBnb also comes with 3 adorable cats, who spend most of their time lounging outside, but they're always a cheery presence to come back to.) I would highly recommend this place!

A comfy homey place to stay at in LA. Very convenient for accessing K Town and fairly good for La Brea and Beverly Grove. The host was easy to communicate with and gave great advice on parking. Would definitely return given the chance
