While new to AB&B, we are not new to hosting. We strive for your comfort and enjoyment. The limiting factor is just 1 bathroom, so we limit the house to 6. The large yard, basketball court, and large patio deck make relaxing easy. This 1917 Farmhouse has been remodeled and updated in 2020. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and the master downstairs, with the bathroom on the main level. The drive in is 2.5 miles on a gravel county road followed by 2.5 miles on a private ranch drive. It is located 11 miles from Maupin. The bbq is a gas grill. The coffee pot is a pot, not a keurig. We have a 1 mile hike/walk available on the place to a scenic overlook. We are picky about pets, as they can cause problems with the cows and horses. They are also at risk to find a rattlesnake.
