Finished walls with hand applied texture in neutral earth-tone colors and custom dark stained wood one-of-a-kind hand built barn doors and trim. Detailed throughout in copper, bronze and black, it is appealing to the eye for an instant welcoming coziness. This home is considered a one bedroom one bathroom home sporting a half wall open living style, but has a large living feel with the vaulted mono-slope ceiling and 16' windowed front wall. UPSTAIRS MAIN LIVING AREA: Upon entering the home, the stairway takes you upstairs through the iron gate that open to the main living area. Here you'll enter an open central point. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. It has raw edge juniper wood countertops, a kitchen island with 4 bar stools and a oversized hammered copper sink with bronze faucet & pendant light fixtures, stone tiled range backsplash ( mural is of a mighty steed), sliding barn doors, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher and range), walk in pantry with coffee/tea/microwave, toaster and cookware/bake-ware and electric grill. Bakers rack with hanging wine glasses and wooden trays. Plates, silverware, water and wine glass place settings for 12. LIVING ROOM & LOFT: The living room has a pull down Murphy bed, leather sofa with ottoman, two wicker chairs with poufs, gas fireplace and a spiral staircase to the loft. A set of French doors open from the living room to access the balcony, and another set of French doors open to the balcony from the master bedroom. This loft has a queen size bed and desk, a birds-eye view into the main living areas below and an amazing view towards the lake. The entire upstairs main floor is (aprox.) 800 sq ft. and this loft is (aprox) 75 sq ft. MASTER BEDROOM: There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and an old wood chair and secretary desk for decor. This old chair has a story. It was my mothers parents and back in their days of courting, my dad would sit in this chair while he waited for my mother to get ready for their date some 75+ years ago :) . There is a home made ladder (not a sturdy piece and meant as decor and for lightweight items only) that goes up to a short loft above the master king bed headboard. There are wooden luggage foldout racks in the master closet for convenience. WASH-UP ROOM: This is the room before the shower room/bathroom. This area has a hammered copper vessel sink and bronze wall faucet, chest of drawers for your makeup and toiletries, counter spaces, two mirrors - one with a vanity light for makeup detail, towels and hair dryer. This is the access point for the walk in closet master bedroom and shower/toilet room. WALK -IN CLOSET. This 6' x 6' walk in closet has full length mirror, drawers and dresser top, shelves and clothes rods to hang clothes and store things for loft and Murphy bed guests, etc. It is also a place that can be used as a private changing room. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a large 7' x 42" (aprox.) walk-in glass block and tile shower, oversize hammered copper soaking tub that fits 2 adults, and a barn door entry to a separate toilet room. THE BALCONY is over 300 sq ft and has an outdoor bar height dining table with chairs and umbrella. My favorite sitting is on the outdoor sectional sofa seating area with retractable cover. Take in views of the lake, wildlife and activity below. DOWNSTAIRS As you enter through the front door, the ground level entry has a bench to sit on for removing shoes. You have the option of going upstairs or through the doorway that leads into the game room. The game room is a large open area aprox. 600 sq ft. GAMEROOM: The game room has an aviation theme. It is set up with a SmartTV. This room has two twin size futons with multiple position functions. These futon chairs can be left as chairs, recliners, chaise, ottomans or twin beds. They can also extend and marry up to make into one queen size bed. I've added an optional 4" thick foam queen size mattress topper to put on top for cozy comfort. There is also an air mattress in the game room. The queen size 18" air mattress inflates/deflates with power cord for quick and easy setup. I've added an additional 4" queen size foam mattress topper for it as well to keep you warm and cozy. I brought the cream color oversize leather recliner I had upstairs down to the game room, and coupled it with a reading light to add to this space. The game room has books, board games, poker cards, dice, Foosball table, plastic darts/dart board, puzzle, Smart TV, Mini fridge, bar with bar chairs, game size table with chairs, washing machine, dryer, dvd/vhs player with a library of movies, iron and ironing board. The garage doors can be open for indoor outdoor living. CARPORT: Covered area is the entry area outside the front door and at this time has outdoor chairs, a round daybed, outdoor carpet, and party lights that makes for a nice warm evening gathering place. Western style wood cooler stands on wooden legs, just add ice and sodas. There is a black hard plastic storage chest for dry goods and chips, etc. The Traeger grill is located at ground level in this outdoor living area. There is room for a portable outdoor screen/projector in this area if you happen to bring one. OUTSIDE: The front yard has a fire pit. Camp fires are allowed until the fire season starts, then there are no permitted camp fires for this area during the dry summer months. PETS: Well behaved fur babies are welcome here. Please attend to your pets at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or in the lofts. At the bottom of the stairs there is a dog door that goes out from the house to a large wood and chain link kennel area accessible from the carport. Use your discretion to determine if this is a safe setup for your dog. The dog door can be locked shut for no access through this dog door. Poo bags are supplied and please clean up after your pets. Please do not leave your pets unattended in the house and keep them on a leash when not otherwise restrained.
