Other reasons for poor rating include; no face clothes, the one towel was dirty looking and only good for foot mat in front of shower, only one hand towel, front door deadbolt sticks, entry code posted in house was different than email, the small spare bed in master bedroom has spring sticking up in middle your back as you sleep. woke up twice to 61 degrees in the house, and the shower curtain in the general bathroom does not even cover one third of the tub. Lastly the garage being off limits was hinderance to us because my wife is mobility impaired and with all the rain having the covered access of the garage would have helped immensely. Overall the house is beautiful but not ready for use with what is available inside.
