This spacious 2 bedroom is conveniently nestled in the Heart of Erie. Located just 2 miles from downtown Erie and 5 miles from Presque Isle State Park. There is plenty of entertainment and dining near by. Clean and spacious with just over 1,000 square feet this Cozy Getaway provides plenty of room for your traveling needs. There are two queen beds, two bedrooms, office area, kitchen and bathroom. The upstairs bedroom does have a set of stairs, please keep this in mind.

This location is a hidden gem due to its prime location. There are a handful of food places that are just a short walk down Peach Street. There is Federal Hill Smoke House, Give a Crepe and Tipsy Bean Cafe all on the same street and within 1 block of each other. There is a country fair gas station less than 2 blocks northeast of this home for easy access to gas, food and essentials. There is also a Northwest saving bank across the street and a Rite Aid.
