A very convenient location that is only 5 minutes away from the local grocery stores, dining, shopping plazas and gas stations. There is a Dollar Store just about every 12 bocks in any direction. Gas stations are mostly located on the corners of the busiest streets in the city and Downtown is where you will find the bars and many local restaurants to choose from. You are just about an 8 minute drive from Upper Peach St where there is an abundance of fast food places including Tim Hortons, Primanti Bros, Starbucks and Sonic. There is also a Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Wegmans, Target and Best Buy in that same general area. If you're trying to find your way around town... Upper Peach St is where a majority of restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers and hardware stores are located. Peach St is located just off of the I-79 and I-90 Exits.

There is plenty of parking available in the back of the house. Feel free to park in the grass or on the brick pavement. Please do not park other cars from being able to enter and exit the back of the driveway. The neighbors share the same driveway.
