Beautiful basement apartment with a surprising amount of natural light. Nicely equipped kitchen. Beautiful decor and extremely clean. Host was very helpful. The only slight negative was that the beds in both bedrooms are against the wall so that if there are two people in the bed, one has to climb over the other or climb out from the foot of the bed. I would rent this apartment again, anyway!

We stayed at Micheal’s over the solar eclipse weekend for a cheer competition. It was so much nicer than a hotel room! Spacious, bright, clean. Check in and out was super smooth and Micheal was extremely easy to communicate with! We would definitely recommend and would also stay again in the future!

This home was perfect for my family. We felt right at home. Everything was just as described and shown on the pictures. Michael was very quick to reply when I had a question. I would definitely recommend.

Michael, was accommodating, w/ getting access an hour earlier. He was friendly and kind. His place was pristine clean and close to local Erie amenities.
