This place was perfect. Just the right size for 4 of us, clean, easy to get to and close to a lot. The host Brian was flexible and responsive. We unfortunately had to adjust our dates a couple of times and he was understanding and flexible. If you need a place to stay in Erie this is a great one!!!

Prime location- very close to Presque and short drive to the downtown area. We visited in mid-April, so the off season, but the area is not very busy and on a side street, which was great for visiting with a pet. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Living area only has one couch, which was not an issue for 4 guests and if you don’t plan on spending much time at the property, as there is much to see and do in the area. Walking distance to the water park.

The house was great, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully amenitized kitchen, and a living room. Within walking distance to the beach. It was exactly what we needed. It is farther from downtown Erie, but it was fine for what we needed, and actually it provided closer access to Presque Isle than anywhere in downtown would have gotten us, which was great.

Great little cottage in Erie. We were visiting family. Brian was helpful and responsive. The cottage has been redone with a great modern look inside. Beds were very comfortable. We were there in off season lake activities but in the summer I can see that the cottage is in a prime location.

The place was perfect for a mid-week getaway with the family. The space was able to accommodate 3 adult and 3 kids. Took everyone to Splash Lagoon and grateful for the washer and dryer to do laundry. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again during the summer time.
