As a first timer to airbnb, I wasn't sure what to expect. Matt has clearly set the bar high for others to follow. The space was very large, so everyone could have privacy as needed. The snacks and other extra amenities really showed proactiveness and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Reserve with confidence!

Matthew's place looks big in the pictures but it's even more spacious in person. Our group of 6 was more than comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out and decompress after our long days at our conference at the Bayfront Convention Center. Great communication and all the details were taken care of regarding check-in/out, linens/towels and even complementary toiletries and snacks. Will definitely be back!

Matt's place was well-appointed, conveniently located, and had plenty of space for our large group! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (essential with 5 kids in the house) and we really appreciated all of the board and card games. The location was very convenient for us - only 5 minutes to the zoo! Would definitely stay here again.

We were 4 couples and we had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at Matthew's property. It had plenty of room for all of us and more... He has thought of every little detail... goody baskets in the rooms was such a lovely treat. Matthew is very responsive and friendly and I would recommend his property without hesitation.
