Lindsey was very accommodating to our request to check in late and check out late. This was extremely helpful with a newborn. Her place is very clean, had everything we needed for the kitchen, and it was very comfortable. We all slept well (6 adults), comfortable beds, clean linens, plenty of space to gather and enjoy family time. When we inquired about additional blankets (downstairs bedrooms are cooler), she had some sent to the home to ensure our comfort. We would definitely recommend this host/ home and hopefully we can return for additional family gatherings in the future. Thanks Lindsey for hosting us!

Exceptionally redesigned private home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive or walk to restaurants. More spacious than it looks from the outside. Beds were very comfortable, but for an Erie winter the quilts were too thin for us. Fortunately, we brought extra blankets and the house has a good furnace! Big fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Lots of cupboard space in the kitchen and a beautiful, well-stocked coffee bar. Could have used more dishware, flatware & coffee mugs for 4 adults so we didn't have to keep washing dishes, which we did by hand rather than run a half-full dishwasher. Bring your own sponges and dish towels, but otherwise cooking equipment is plentiful. New washer/dryer was much appreciated as we stayed for a week. A little more expensive than other 4-bedroom places in Erie. In warmer weather, the use of expansive backyard deck and firepit would be a big bonus of Lindsey's house. Linsdey responded immediately when the alarm system went off! Would definately rent again!

This is a lovely, spacious air B&B. Lindsey was very helpful and responsive and was very kind in letting us check in early, esp as we had several family members in the hospital . We found it well furnished , with spacious rooms, bedrooms and baths. Looks like pictures . Everything is fresh and feels new. The living room was especially comfy and the fireplace made it a great place to relax. There were staples in a cupboard and frig and that was helpful. Kitchen is well furnished and was very easy to make meals which we did most nights. Quiet neighborhood but very close to Peach st, walking distance to the Breakfast place, Perkins . Easy to get to mall and to other parts of Erie. Would stay again. In fact my sister is going to stay there this week.

This was our second stay at Lindsey's house and it was wonderful again! The house is beautiful and clean, and the location is very central and nice. We will always stay at Lindsey's house when we visit our family in Erie!
