We came for the eclipse and we were not disappointed! Kelso beach was great for sea glass and peaceful family time

We enjoyed our week! House was comfy and clean. Sectional couch was great. Kitchen had all the right equipment for basic cooking but did not have "extra" pantry items stocked beyond salt/pepper. Super easy access to the beach---we enjoyed the beach in the day and starwatching at night. Sandy up top and pebbly at the waters edge....good for lake glass and rock hunting also. Great location and close to all our favorite things to do: Presque Isle kite beach, Presque Isle Lagoon by Pontoon tours, Big Green Screen and observation tower at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, The Original Popcorn House, Brew Ha Ha coffee, Seawolves baseball, Otters Hockey (we got into a free training camp scrimmage!), Valerio's restaurant, Relish beach glass store, Waldameer, Mason Farms on Peninsula Drive, Erie Zoo is fab, Play Port arcade...can you tell we love Erie! A note to everyone who stays-it's a cottage-y tight community and you have to be a good neighbor-manage your kids and keep noise down.

House was exactly as pictured. Rob was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Beach access was very close and easy to locate.

Perfect little beach house for a weekend getaway. We actually stayed for a month while I worked here in town, and loved the beach access. Also the couch was great! I will say the one and only bathroom is rather small, so just keep that in mind. And the largest bedroom, does not have AC/Heat. So if you are here in hotter or colder months, and plan on using all the rooms, that may be a problem. Luckily we just used that room for storage during our stay. Overall though, it’s a cute little place.
