We didn't have any problems finding the place. We were close enough to the city that there were lots of restaurants and things to do and see in the area. Neighbors weren't loud or bothersome. Had a very pleasant visit. We appreciated the snacks and little extras that we happened to have forgotten for the bathroom needs!

I chose this place for the eclipse weekend in April. We were able to find the location very easy and check in went smoothly. Willie left us eclipse glasses which was a huge surprise and a very nice gesture. Everything was very clean despite the cookware. There was a greasy reside on all of the pots and pans. It came off when I washed it, but it was inconvenient to wash the pans before using them. However, that was the only thing wrong with the whole place, it was a very comfortable stay the entire weekend. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know to stay here in the future.

Willie’s place was a perfect spot for us (two kids and in-laws) to land while we watched our favorite college basketball team nearby. We were 10 minutes away from Lake Erie and caught an Erie Otter’s hockey game while in town. The house was very nice and as shown in pictures. The couches were so comfy. We’d be sure to stay again.

Willie was awesome! Very responsive and helpful when it came to questions that I had. His house was simple and beautiful. Nice and lowkey which was what I was looking for. My daughter ended up leaving some things behind and he was gracious enough to allow her to go back to retrieve. Nice clear instructions and no gimmicks. I would do business with him any time! Thank you again!
