This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Kathleen's place. We just love it!!! We will definitely stay again, in fact we have it reserved for a future visit to Erie. All the wonderful additions Kathleen has done to her rental has made it the perfect "Cozy Cottage". You move right in and you don't have to worry about "what's for breakfast". ❤️

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kathleen’s place and it was just as enjoyable as 1st time. Love the location and all the cute touches. Kathleen has everything you need when traveling. I forgot my toothbrush and she had extra ones. The fact that she provides breakfast food and snacks is very helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable and definitely feels like a home away from home.

This house is cute as a button and very tastefully decorated. Perfect for one or two couples or a family. Lots of things to walk to within half a mile.

This is my second time staying at Kathleen's, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom place to stay in Erie. It's incredibly clean, and Kathleen is a communicative and thoughtful host.

Fantastic AirBnB in quiet, well-located neighborhood. Thoughtfully planned use of space with comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Kathleen even provides coffee and oatmeal to get you started the first morning! Plenty of natural light in the house, too. When it snowed, Kathleen was in touch immediately to let us know a plow service would come if the snow accumulated to more than 3 inches. My two siblings and I rented the house for 17 days as we took turns coming to Erie to care for our mother and clean out her apartment. At times we hauled boxes of our mom's things to the AirBnB to take home with us. The house has a huge basement, but the bedrooms were spacious enough to store the boxes prior to our departure. I would definitely rent this house again. I felt right at home!
