Fireworks are also prohibited. Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. FEES? Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee Pets in bed(s): $125 per bed to replace linens Pet Fee: $25/per day- must have prior host approval Extra Guests: $15 per person. This helps keep clean fee down for smaller groups but add'l helps with the extra time/money for more laundry and bed making. Be honest up front rather than being found out later.
