We do not allow more than 6 guests overnight at our property at any time per city code. Airbnb collects and holds the security deposit. Optional pool heater (Optional) fees may apply in spring, fall, and winter months - $100 a day, unfortunately the cost of pool heating has gone up a lot.(That is on the low end of the actual cost to heat the pool). Holidays or special events may be subject to a higher nightly rate and minimum stays. Before sending an inquiry or a booking request . . . The city of Indio and the surrounding areas have very serious noise ordinances. Our house is not a Party House.
