Alma de Chiaja is a project designed down to the smallest detail to be multifunctional. Once on the third floor, you will experience the emotion of entering a majestic entrance furnished with precious Napoleonic-era sofas, perfect for welcoming new arrivals and conversations, surrounded by a Fornasetti bookcase. From the common entrance, you enter the apartment which entirely overlooks Via Chiaia, one of the most important streets in the city. from the hallway you will access the 3 rooms: 1) a beautiful room with a complete but discreet kitchen, decorated with custom-designed and made shelves, a large bookcase artfully lit to create a splendid atmosphere and which includes a very comfortable hanging shelf, the very comfortable sofa, from which to admire the bookcase and watch the television (a large 55 inch smart TV) becomes a very comfortable double bed. 2) "hydrangeas" inspire the double bedroom with convenient hanging and space for storing clothes, which has access, independent of the first room, to the beautiful green bathroom with comfort for everyone from the powerful and warm radiator to the large shower. 3) THE "LE ROSE" suite is an apartment within an apartment, with an entrance with space for clothes, a comfortable and large enveloping and warm bathroom and a living room with a wonderful fully equipped kitchen, an original dining area and a very comfortable sofa which transforms into a bed from which you can admire the splendid hand-decorated puff from the late 19th century and admire the staircase created with skill by the iron artisans. Going up to the upper level there is a bedroom with 2 very comfortable beds, a smart TV and 2 armchairs to relax while reading a book. All the rooms overlook Via Chiaia, two of which also have a large balcony from which you can observe the people walking and the city in motion. We are on the 2nd floor served by a small lift, and all the rooms have new soundproofed windows and blackout shutters with curtains for privacy.

Dopo la prima prenotazione che avevo effettuato per i singoli appartamenti, ho capito che Alma de Chiaja ha la possibilità di fittare contemporaneamente due piccole case limitrofe e super autonome che possono accogliere anche 2 famiglie che hanno tanta autonomia, ma stando insieme.. piu di un albergo perchè c’è una bellissima cucina in ogni unita, bagni stupendi, balconi che affacciano su via chiaia, arredo stupendo, soffitti altissimi, decori di grande gusto e pregio e persino 2 aree lavanderia e 2 lavasciuga! Davvero bellissima esperienza in questa struttura nuovissima in una posizione eccellente nel cuore della città, ma nel silenzio e privacy di questa casa davvero curata! Torneremo sicuramente! La nostra casa a Napoli!
Superbe appartement idéalement situé dans Naples. Récemment rénové il est impeccable et décoré avec goût. L’hôte nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et proposé de nombreuses recommandations de restaurants tous d’excellentes qualités. Elle était également très disponible et nous a même réservé un taxi pour faciliter notre retour. Un accueil 5 étoiles que je recommande les yeux fermés !
Posizione fantastica proprio nel cuore della città! L'appartamento è comodissimo e davvero molto bello e curato in ogni dettaglio. Molto funzionale e veramente elegante! Spero di tornare presto!
ELEGANTISSIMO! Come in un hotel a 5 stelle! design meraviglioso, comfort eccellente.. non ho mai soggiornato in un airbnb così curato, lussuoso, ma non sfarzoso perché estremamente elegante. Sono stato fortunatissimo perché hanno appena inaugurato e davvero è tutto impeccabile! consigliatissimo!
Alessandra var en topp vert fra forespørsel til vi forlot leiligheten - uten sidestykke en fantastisk person! Alt fra info om leilighet og info om Napoli. Leiligheten er helt ny med alle ting man trenger og er veldig fint dekorert. Kan lett huse 6 personer svært komfortabelt. Beliggenheten er unik, som medfører gangavstand til alt. Sikkerheten er topp og følte oss trygge hele tiden. Om vi reiser til Napoli igjen, vil vi benytte denne eller en av Alessandra sine leiligheter!

Via Chiaia is one of the main streets of the city in the main. center and 30 meters from Piazza del Plebiscito which is the most important square in Naples, home to the Royal Palace and the San Carlo theatre.
just cross the square to reach the seafront and admire the wonderful panorama of the Gulf of Naples, the sea and Vesuvius.
we are in a pedestrian street, a few meters from the driveway with the taxi rank 50 meters from us.
our street is full of shops, restaurants and bars.
we are in a very elegant and quiet street and all the city's attractions can be easily reached just walking.
You can walk freely and comfortably throughout the city starting from our house which is located in the heart of the city center.
There is no better location than this for living and visiting the city.
we are 50 meters from Piazza del Plebiscito from which you can reach the sea and the promenade.
You could walk along Via Toledo, walk to the port, reach the historic center as well as the most elegant and residential area of the city.
