Watford shopping centre is 1 mile from the property - you can either walk it (26 mins), catch a bus from near the house (13 mins) or drive (7 mins).
A beautiful park, Cassiobury Park is located 1.3 miles away from the property, which offers a lovely walk in nature and also cafes which offer scrumptious food and drinks.
Over the road you have lots of shops and restaurants - a local Tesco, Wenzels, restaurants such as Turkish ( I recommend Mekan), greek (The Greek Pitta),Peri Peri chicken, burgers etc.
